Muscle Meridian Sedation Technique fuses Oriental and Western medicine, balancing Ki energy and addressing muscular conditions. In Oriental medicine, Ki energy flows through meridians, and blockages cause congestion. Sedation removes excess energy. Western medicine links overworked, hyperactive, or stagnant muscles to pain and structural issues. Balancing Ki energy addresses these challenges, as seen in the OHASHI Method® Muscle-Meridian Sedation. Therapists evaluate the receiver’s body, pinpointing problem areas. They stretch both meridians and muscles, applying a quick stretch to release tension and restore balance. For instance, neck/shoulder pain is eased by stretching the shoulder and head in opposite directions until relaxation (tonus stage) is achieved.

This course explores the Ohashi Method through ten engaging modules, comparing Eastern and Western diagnosis approaches and teaching practitioners how to utilize Oriental Diagnosis for holistic health. Modules cover diagnosis systems using sight, sound, touch, and questions, and delve into meridian systems, facial zones, body diagnosis, shoe diagnosis, and case studies addressing specific health conditions. It equips practitioners with tools to provide comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
